    Includes:

    • Custom 2D space plan with dimensions

    • 1–2 layout options (when applicable)

    • Furniture size recommendations

    • Elevations for kitchens or baths (if needed)

    How it works:
    After purchase, you’ll submit photos and a floor plan with clear dimensions. This can be a digital file, architectural plans, or a hand-drawn sketch. All communication is handled via email, and your completed plans will be delivered digitally with notes explaining our design decisions.

    This service does not include furniture or decor sourcing.

  • A more immersive experience that allows you to better understand your space before making decisions.

    Ideal for clients who want to visualize their layout with added depth and perspective.

    Includes:

    • Everything in Tier I

    • 3D model views of your space

    • Conceptual design direction, including a simplified mood board and material palette

    This package provides a clear visual representation while maintaining flexibility for you to execute at your own pace.

    This service does not include detailed furniture sourcing.

  • A comprehensive design experience that transforms your space from concept to completion.

    Ideal for clients seeking a fully realized, cohesive home with access to both trade and retail furnishings.

    Includes:

    • Space planning and elevations

    • Full design concept and mood board

    • Furniture, lighting, and decor sourcing

    • Design presentation meeting

    • One round of revisions

    • Access to trade-only furnishings and materials

    • Procurement support for placing orders

    You will receive a complete, curated design plan with everything needed to bring your space to life.

  • The final layer that brings a space together.

    Available as a standalone service or as an addition to any design package, styling focuses on the details that make a home feel finished and personal.

    Includes:

    • Accessory and art sourcing

    • Shelf and surface styling

    • Final installation support

Design services are offered on a square footage basis, depending on the size and complexity of your space.

    At this stage, we’ll also ask you to provide:

    • A floor plan with clear dimensions (digital or hand-drawn)

    • Inspiration images

    This information allows us to design with both intention and accuracy.

  • After reviewing your materials, we’ll schedule a meeting to walk through your space, discuss your goals, and align on direction before design begins.cription

    Timelines vary depending on the selected service tier and scope of work, but most projects are completed within a few weeks.

    During this phase, we carefully consider layout, functionality, and overall aesthetic to create a cohesive and thoughtful design.ription

  • Once your design is complete, we’ll present your plan in detail, walking you through layouts, concepts, and any included selections.

  • Depending on your selected package, revisions will be made as needed to refine your design.

    For full-service clients, we’ll also guide you through sourcing and next steps to bring your space to life.
